A Festival Cricket Match will be play between Pakistan Disabled Cricket Team and Faisalabad Disabled Cricket Team at Bagh-e-Jinnah Lahore on 3rd December 2014 at the occasion of World Disabled Day. Abdullah Ejaz will lead the Lahore Disabled Cricket Team while Wasif-ur-Rehman will be the Captain of Faisalabad Disabled Cricket Team. Waseem Kitchlow Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hunt Sports will be the Chief Guest and distributed the Prizes among the Players and other Officials. The Best of Three Disabled Colour Kit Cricket Series (40 Overs) 2014 between two teams of Karachi Whites and Karachi Blues will be held here at the RLCA Gulbarg Ground from Wednesday 12th November 2014 under the auspices of the Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) for the preparation of upcoming 4th National Disabled Cricket Championship 2014-2015. This was announced the Hon. Secretary of Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) in News Release on Monday. Amir Uddin Ansari said the Final of the Best of Three Series will be held on 3rd December (Would Disabled Day). He also announced the squads Names of Karachi Disabled Whites and Karachi Disabled Blues. Teams: Karachi Whites Rao Javed (Captain), Ameer Ahmed, Abdul Rehman, Ishaq Jr., Shafi Pattni, Muhammad Kalam, Riasat Ali, Fazal Hadi, Muhammad Ali, Farhan Saeed, Jaleel Khan, Rehan, Zafeer Ali and Mujahid Miran. The 2nd Match of Best of Three Disabled Colour Kit Cricket Series (40 Overs) 2014 will play today on Wednesday 19th November 2014 9am here at the TMC Ground Gulberg under the auspices of the Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) for the preparation of upcoming 4th National Disabled Cricket Championship 2014-2015. Karachi Disabled Blues will meet Karachi Disabled Whites. Karachi Disabled Blues 1-0 up in the Series when they got the victory inaugural match against Karachi Disabled Whites. Both the Captains are very much hopeful for the victory in the 2nd match. Hon. Karachi (Sports Reporter) November 13, despite a superb knock of 72 by captain Rao Javed Karachi disabled whites suffered a heard breaking Three run defeat against karachi disabled blues in the opening match of the best of three disabled cricket series at the RLCA Ground Gulberg here on Wednesday, The series being held under the auspices of the Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA). The Honorary secretary Karachi city cricket Association (KCCA) m. Shafiq Kazmi was the Chief Guest at the inaugral ceremony. He lauded the efforts of the PDCA for Disabled Cricket and Crickters National and International level. He aded the KCCA will also support PDCA. At the ceremony PDCA president Salim Karim and Honorary secretary Amiruddin Ansari informed the gathering about the activities of the Association, Member KCCA Executive Council Adil Ahsan, Sarwat Ali, Coach Camber Ali, Affan Zaffar Farooqui and others were also present. Earlier Karachi Disabled Blues batting first and posted a total of 252-7 in allotted 40 overs. With Muhammad Fawwad 61 off 67 balls with 4 fours, Arif Rechard 59 off 56 balls with 4 fours, Danish Ahmed 31* in 21 balls with 4 boundries, Waheed Khan 27 in 20 balls with 3 boundries. Left arm spinner Riasat Ali 2- 28. In reply Karachi Disabled whites failed to acheived their target and all out 249 runs in 39.4 overs. Karachi: (Sports Reporter):- Karachi Disabled Blues clinched ABAD Cup best of Three Disabled Cricket Series 2014 title after defeating Karachi Disabled Whites by 67 runs in Final played at RLCA Ground Gulberg to mark the International Day for Disabled Persons 3rd of December 2014. The Event is being organized by the Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association PDCA with the calibration of Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD). Openers Waheed Khan and Arif Richard provided the Opening stand of 90 runs. Waheed Khan made 52 of 61 Balls with 4x5 and Arif Richard scored 51 of 68 Balls with five boundaries while wicket keeper Batsman Danish Ahmed contributed 49 runs in 33 Balls with 4x7 as Karachi Disabled Blues made 231-6 in allotted 40 Overs. Off Spinner Captain Rao Javed claimed 3 wickets for 52 runs, Jalal Khan (SLA) took 2 wickets for 23 runs. In reply Karachi Disabled Whites were dismissing for 164 in 32.3 Overs. Rao Javed scored 38 of 49 Balls with 3 fours, Ameer Ahmed made 35 of 36 Balls with 4th fours was the man runs getters.
